Nice flat, but the organization needs to improve.

The flat itself was good in every respect - very spacious (especially living room), the kitchen was fully equipped, we had a garage to park our car, beds were comfortable.

The administrator was clearly not prepared when we arrived. He did not have the keys and his employee also wasn't sure where the keys are. There were also no spare keys in the administrator's office. We had to wait for an hour in our car for the employee to let us into the flat, where we found the keys hanging next to the door, left there by the previous guests.
