✓ The property was very clean, including the shared bathroom. There was a great spread of food for breakfast and the staff were very kind and helpful.

Avoid this hotel

✗ When we arrived at the hotel they told us they’d cancelled our booking because we didn’t respond to a message they sent on the app confirming we were coming, as I didn’t have any data. They refused to acknowledge that this was not acceptable as this rule wasn’t specified in their property policies, and they didn’t have any rooms left for us to stay in. They told us we could stay at a much nicer hotel for the same price and showed us some pictures, but when we got there the hotel was different and the rooms were very small. The owner then kept pressuring us to cancel the booking so that we wouldn’t leave a bad review and tell others about our experience.

✓ The location of the hotel is great and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is kind and helps if there are any problems. After checking out I had several hours before my flight and the hotel staff helped me with the storage of my luggage. Breakfast was tasty with a lot of different food to choose from. Thanks to Al Arda Avenue and personnel there for making a visit to Tashkent even more unforgettable! 😊😊😊😊
