It is great value for money. Short stay is what it needs.
✓ It was really good for what is paid. Staff is great! Room is allright. I asked for quite room and was accomplished. Location is fair. It is relatively clean and spacious.
✗ It was a but if a smell in the room. The toilet us very close to the wall I am tall so was but uncomfy. No hairdryer. No lift but the girl helped me with tge lagguage.

✗ staff was like not non-existent. I felt I was bothering her each time I asked a question. She was on the private phone call all the time. Very bad customer service. The hotel locks you inside and no way to go outside after midnight. I had a early morning flight and was realised I was trapped inside!! No staff came out until another guest went to fetch them. How can a business run this way???

✗ no windows but for one night that wasnt a problem. we also had a problem with the hot water but the staff came up to fix it

Okay for quick overnight
✓ I chose it for a quick overnight in proximity to bus stations. It served the purpose. I had read reviews about the noise and had my earplugs in . It was fine for a quick overnight.
✗ Being made to feel bad because I asked for the key to the locked front door. Being locked in anywhere is a very serious safety hazard!!

Cheap and cheerful but comes with some points of wariness
✓ Easy to find. Check in was easy, room had everything you needed, shower worked well. Very friendly staff.very clean.
✗ Builders were doing construction work inside the hotel at 8am across the hall from me which wasn't pleasant. No secure place to leave luggage after checking out however where I did leave it nothing was taken. Takes a long time for someone to open the door as reception isn't always manned and you don't get a key for the front door. Bigger towel would have been better. 2 big flights of stairs before I got to my room

✗ very hard to get to sleep. staff/owners speaking loudly in the corridor, doing laundry, allowing kids to run up and down the corridor until midnight. the corridor light also comes on and shines into the room any time anyone walks down the hall. worth bringing a sleeping mask and ear plugs if you want to get to sleep
