✓ Excellent location well served by public transport. Staff were highly competent and efficient, no complaints whatsoever. 4 night mid-week stay was exceptional value.

✓ Friendly welcome on arrival, nice pleasant atmosphere around the hotel. Spa looked excellent - gutted I didn't have time for it! Decent breakfast with large selection of dishes.

✓ The breakfast and the room were so good! The building was new and beautiful!
✗ The bathroom was not so clean when I recieved the room. i could hear noises from the other rooms. The location is not close to the city center but there is a tram station right in front of the Hotel.

✓ Great location, value for money, comfy rooms, decent breakfast and swimming pool if you want to take a dip. Its a clean, well run, not fussy hotel. I go to Prague every few months to see family and I generally always try to stay at this hotel. A quintessentially Czech experience, and I love it!!!
