Cute artsy hotel located right in the middle of Gyumri. The staff was extremely pleasant, friendly, polite and thoughtful. They truly made my stay!

Cute, artsy hotel in the centre of Gyumri.

No soap provided in bathroom, just surprised more than a dislike.

As an eco/green hotel, we don’t have single use soaps in packages; instead there is a dispenser with soap above the sink and dispenser with shampoo/gel in the shower. The Charming hotel with Pianos!

I love the hotel. The garden was amazing. Nice place to get some sun and coffee time. Love the breakfast room with white piano. Also the rest area has a black piano. So much art and books to read. Never been in a hotel with lots of pianos (by the way very special ones). We had a wonderful time. Thank you and we will be back next year.

It's a nice sustainable Hotel in European style that tries to preserve nature. The Hotel is located in the centre of Gyumri. The staff was very helpful. What's more attractive for me as an artist is that the hotel is focused on art.

Berlin Art Hotel has very friendly and helpful staff, and tasty breakfast, In the summer season a yard is a lovely place to hang out.

The room is super basic, we had heard so much about this hotel that we were expecting a little bit more of a modern design with attention to detail. But it was an outdated old tiny-tiny all beige room, which reminded us of a hospital more than an art hotel room.

The only aspect liked: the kitchen staff was polite and supportive, the quality of food was good.

- service staff is rude and impolite - internet quality is terrible - TV is not functional (while included in the room description) - rooms are not clean, some used stuff was left in bathroom after the previous guests - the management does not care about feedback - service is way below expectations

It's understandable that you're guided by the principle "the customer is always right", but in our city and in our culture, it's customary to treat people as human beings, even when expressing complains or pointing out shortcomings to service staff. Our team provides an individual approach to any guest, and your aggressive attitude from the first minutes of arrival was at least incomprehensible. Despite this, our task was to make your visit more pleasant, that's why we generously offered to occupy the double-bedded room, because you refused the pre-heated room specially prepared for you. Let us remind you that you had booked a single room with twin beds. As for the television channels, your dissatisfaction was not ignored and we did everything with the whole team so that you could watch the world football championship that is not broadcasted on satellite channels in your room. Thank you for honesty that you will never book with us, because it is important for us also to host customers who respect people of any occupation and sympathize with our environmental and social policies. For the double bed there is one large bed and for the twin rooms there are two separate single beds.
