I already miss!

✓ Beach was beautiful, white sand, palm tree shadows, peace... Before I go I was thinking about sargassum but it was not a problem. Hotel staff claen them up every morning. The animals were surprise to me. As an animal lover it made me extra happy. They are so cute, living between you but do not touch you :) I was in the nature during 5 days. Room cleaning service so good. I did check all shore line hotels before I did book and I can say that it was a right choice. If I go to over there again definitely I will stay at Catalonia Royal tulum.

✗ There are 5 a la carte restaurant for dinner and you need to make a reservation. The system is easy through mobile and website but if you are late then all hours are full. Generally 19:00ish hours. You need to get it before 19 or after 20. It did not be a problem to me, the only thing was, the meal size was very small for an adult. I did try all 5 restaurants and each of them size is similar.

✓ Smaller resort and serin which I loved! Very clean and great, friendly staff.

✗ Food at Mexican restaurant! Awful! Couldn't eat a bite! All other restaurants were very good!

Overall exceeded my expectations!

✓ Great design, layout and amenities. Staff went above and beyond in scheduling me an additional night. Yes I liked it enough to extend the stay!

✗ Tapas restaurant had a great atmosphere but some of the tapas (though not all) tasted like were packed for school lunch. Need up the game there.

✓ Great staff. Super helpful and friendly. Beautiful location. Gorgeous beach and pool area. Definitely worth the upgrade to get privileged status. Food at BLoved was my favorite. Abelita was a close second.

✗ Our double bed room wasn't available as reserved, but another deluxe king-size room was - good thing we're close friends. Not as many vegan options as we were told there would be. Most dinner items have dairy. Sometimes even items that said they didn't have dairy came out with cheese on top. People are super rude with towels holding chairs poolside for hours and hours without being there to use them. They should have a time limit for non-use.
