✓ Good location, not far from the beach, close to some restaurants, and grocery stores, but otherwise on a quiet street. Comfortable, nice, clean place, easy to find, and for good money.

✗ I don't know if it was just my room or it's standard but I was not really happy about not having a refrigerator in my room.

Late arrival stay, quick visit. Great staff and exceptional value at price point.

✓ Late arrival into the city. Communication was strong with the staff of the hotel before the visit. They reached out a few times. The staff all seemed friendly/helpful. The value was great, but I had no idea about the amenities. Since my visit was short.

✓ Price was good, very spacious room, good beds - I had a twin room and both were queen size. Bathroom was large, A/C worked, though some mosquitos made it into the room. The pool area was good, tv worked. good parking provision

✗ Check in and check out took a long time, so plan accordingly. There wasn't any hot water in the shower, though this was fine with the temperature. Location is a long way from airport, taxi very very expensive, recommend rental car. Hotel located on a one way cul de sac off main road, so can be long getting in and out. In hotel restaurant also closed before advertised though there are many options to eat within 2 mins walk.

Good place for a short stay

✓ Nice breakfast, with fruits and scrumbled egss plus coffee. A good beginning of a day. The facility, although located on the outskirts, is at the very zona hoteliers. In addition, not far from the place from where ferries depart, for example, to Isla Mujeres.

✗ What I didn't particulary like was the smell of some chemical for cleaning floors and bathrooms; at first the smell was quite overwhelming

✓ Nice big room with comfy beds and pillows. Nice bathroom with a good shower with hot water. Nice pool and restaurant area. Food and drinks were pretty cheap. Location is a bit far out but I had a car so was fine for me. Free parking. Very good value.

✗ No wifis in rooms - had to sit in the lobby or in the pool & restaurant area. No soundproofing. You have to slam the door to get it to shut so got very noisy with that and also noise from other guests.
