Kozan City Hotel

Very good

✓ Room was very comfortable, clean; staff was very friendly, breakfast was delicious.

Good location in Izmir

✓ The location is good for visiting the sights and just a few minutes from the train station. The room had a kettle and fridge. The breakfast selection was good, sort of standard Mediterranean fare.

✗ The shower head was leaking water when we arrived so that had to be fixed. There is no surrounding walls either on the shower so water goes everywhere and soaks the floor. Room looked slightly dated.

✓ Location is conveniently close to the city center (walkable distance to every main Izmir’s sightseeing attractions) and the public transportation (metro, trains…). Staff is helpful and prompt, room is clean and equipped with everything you might need.

✓ Location is very appropriate as the hotel is near the Basmane Railway station and metro. Good food area. Short walking distance to the open market.

✗ Our preference was the convenience to the public transportation. And we got it.

Will definitely stay here again.

✗ First room was nice and big, but at the front area and first floor. Was able to change room for the next 2 nights. Limited English of the staff

People r what makes this hotel great

✓ Even the building need the renovation, and everything inside, the cleaning ladies r doing great job. Ebery day they r cleaning the room, change towels, fill water, coffee, tea.. The breakfast is standard. I liked the lady from kitchen cause she welcomed u with a big smile. Staff r very helpfull, they will help u with all of your questions. Next to the hotel is nice restaurant. Location is good for visiting sightseeing and bazar.

✗ During the weekend it was so noisy outside. On working days its ok. I wouldn't recommend walking at night through the street in front of hotel, its a bit creepy. Maybe cause we were there before the season.. But besides the hotel, maybe 10-15min walk, u will find great street where locals r enjoying in different kind of cousine.
