The hotel is modern, nice and clean. The stuff is amazing! The location is perfect for travellers, who want to visit the Temple of Garni and Geghard Monastery.

At first, it was cold in the room. However, the stuff solved this problem very quickly.

Absolutely perfect! The staff is very caring, the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfasts are delicious and are served based on your preference (from the menu). The location is awesome, only 10 minutes walk from the Garni temple. The neighborhood is calm.

- convenient location near the Garni temple - about 5 mins by foot - the hotel is a new building with a big souvenir shop on the first floor with a perfect A/C temperature. here you can buy drinks and ice cream. - there's a cute garden with a small pool - amazing host, very welcoming and friendly. Always ready to help you with anything - very clean everywhere at the hotel territory - mosquito nets were at each window - stylishly designed rooms and halls with bonus amenities. It can be seen even in small things like a key ring with a cute pomegranate and statuettes in the room - breakfast variants range is amazing. Breakfast is very tasty, especially pancakes were fantastic - Wi-Fi is very stable all over the territory - We learned later, that you can ask the host and order the dinner in advance Overall, an amazing and welcoming place! Wish they had an hotel in Yerevan!

- not under the hosts' control, but the location is very rural and the nearby roads were under repair which created lots of dust. And there were barking dogs from the neighbouring territories - no A/C or TV were in the room

We have rarely experienced such hospitable staff. With every request we were always helped in a friendly manner. The entire facility is very clean and nice. the entrance area is very welcoming. the best accommodation I have stayed in armenia. Price performance absolutely unbeatable.

The hosts are open, friendly, and care about guests' needs. Among other things, I liked the inner garden and the opportunity to eat outside. Once I'm in Garni again, I'll stay in the same place.
