Very outdated, stained, odorous & hidden fees

✓ I was able to check in very late at night with no issues as I was traveling

✗ There was an unknown $75 pet fee that wasn’t advertised and a $250 threat to pay for any other guests stay that may complain about hearing your pet should they bark. I have traveled for work with my dog for years and routinely pay 35-40 dollars for a pet fee - 75 is outrageous for a dirty outdated hotel such as this one. I had a room with a strong odor, scratchy bedsheets and very, very stained carpets. This hotel is extremely outdated and not clean. I paid well over $200 for this stay and it was no where near worth that.

Originally had an Airbnb booked across the street. It didn’t make me feel safe, so I ended up booking at the Raddison in

✓ Very conveniently located next to the convention center and mall. Hotel Restaurant was good, and bartender Brandy was exceptional! Even though the hotel is being renovated it was extremely comfortable.

✗ The heater was on in the hallway on the 11th floor. Made waiting for the elevator a bit toasty. My air conditioner was a big loud, and tub didn’t drain well, but since they are renovating I’m sure all that will be fixed.

Hello, depending on how long you wish to leave the items we are happy to hold luggage for up to 14 days. Our Bell staff are happy to assist.

Hello, we do not but there is public transportation available as well as Uber, Lyft or Taxi's.

Is this an adults-only property?

You do have to be 18+ to check in but children are welcome on property.

Is there a shuttle to and from the airport?

Our hotel does not have an airport shuttle but there is a train that goes from the airport to a block from our hotel (the green line). There are also Uber/Lyft and Taxi's available.
