There is only fans but the apt is close to beach so it is breezy and cool.
How close are you to the Kensington oval please. Also as I am a smoker is there a ground floor available or do you allow smoking on the balcony/terrace on the upper floor apartments? . Thanking you in advance Andy
We are about 20minutes by local bus. You can catch the local bus outside the apt. You can smoke on the balcony or outside. Not inside the apt
