Absolutely the best place to stay in Sevan, one of my favorite hotels ever in the caucuses.

The best place to stay in Sevan I think. This place is an institution of the town, for good reason. The rooms were large, comfortable and very warm- mattresses are very comfortable. The staff are fantastic. There is a full kitchen for you to use on the property, and the hosts often prepare delicious food for you to enjoy. It is in a central location inside Sevan so it is near to grocery stores, pharmacies, banks, and other essentials. I don't see why anyone would stay at another hotel, unless they just wanted luxury- which there is nothing wrong with.

Everything was perfect. Be aware there is no drain in the bathroom floor, only in the shower. This isn't a problem AT ALL, just be aware of it.

Everything was good. There is a new bathroom. It was clean. The owner gave us a whole plate of fruits. The host was friendly and helpful.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The rooms have everything you need. However, the highlight of the hotel is its host, Vahan. The host really cares about the hotel guests. We traveled as two families of friends with children. The host, Vahan, drove us to and from the beach many times for free. The host provided free transportation to and from Sevanavank Monastery. Vahan showed where the tastiest food is in Sevan. The hotel owner also took care of our further trip in Armenia under the best conditions. We would love to come back to Sevan Garden Complex again.
