Great hospitality, the host helped with everything that I needed. The location is fantastic and beautiful, and a good place to stay the night If you want to visit amberd or aragats. The host also speaks french. Perfect!

The place has all the basics, including private bathroom with runnin hot water and some consumables, like toothbrush, toothpaste, soap and shampoo. You can buy some decent chicken and meat nearby and the place itself is fairly close to the bus stop. It's good and more importantly, good for its price, especially if you are stuck in the airport with nowhere to go, like I was.

The transport(#519 bus) is there, it's cheap, but it can be really packed. The interval is 2 hours and up, make sure you know the schedule.

The guesthouse was clean, comfortable, quiet and just lovely. The surrounding nature was breathtaking and I enjoyed every minute of my stay :). Also, the host was extremely helpful, gave me advice and tips for my stay and even offered to drive me back to yerevan as he had to go there too!

It is located in a small town 30 minutes from Yerevan. Perfect to visit the capital and then escape from the hustle and bustle of it. The owners are a young couple who have renovated the house and turned it into a hostel. They speak English, French and Russian and are very friendly and attentive. There is an option to have breakfast and eat real local cuisine. You have the option to make your own food since it has a kitchen. There are 50 meters of track to access the house that can be done with the car without any problem and you can park at the door. Highly recommended!
