Bed need new mattress.

The area is good with a nice view

The sofa bed had the worse mattress I have ever slept on....we ended up sleeping on the floor.

Only good thing was Location, right in front of sky lift

Space was a lot smaller than expected, way to small for 4 people. Apartment dirty and quite old, not in great condition. Wifi only worked in the first few hours, then stopped working. Owner said they were supposedly fixing it, but it never happened during the stay. There was no alternative provided and not much interest in attempting to solve it. They stopped answering my WhatsApp communications at the second day. Overall, way to expensive for what was offered.

excellent location, very near to the bottom of the ski lifts.

Very uncomfortable and rusty bunk beds, and the double bed is in fact a really bad sofa bed. The ceiling after you come into the flat is starting to peel away, and is really disgusting looking. The bathroom floor is badly water damaged, and the bathroom itself is mouldy and cramped.

Snowboarding and working in a loud bar in the evenings because I didn’t have Wi-Fi which I paid for

No Wi-Fi, the apartment wasn’t the one advertised in pictures and the host was really rude and wouldn’t resolve the no Wi-Fi issue or give any refund. I was put on the phone by the man in the office who had no English to somebody that could speak English and all he did was give excuses and eventually got really angry and said f you man when I wouldn’t back down about the Wi-Fi to which I hung up. I was offered 20 euro by the man in the office which was in my opinion a complete insult. The worst customer service I have ever had hands down🫤

good location & well equipped.

Studios differ dramatically in size we booked one superior with a fixed double but they didn’t allocate us one & we all had bunk beds and a sofa bed. Also the check-in procedure very complicated as the office is in a completely different building down the hill from the apartments. We were visiting family who knew where everywhere was however for anyone who doesn’t know Pas I think it would be a problem.
