✓ Amazing views from the apartment. Bed (and sofa-bed) were pretty comfortable. I'd repeat without doubts.

✓ We loved it. The beds are comfortable, the bathroom is nice, kitchen equipment with basic stuff (would only recommend a coffee for the first night;)) Location is perfect, even there is no terrace you can sit right in front of the apartment at the river with a nice sunset. free parking in the streets. check in and out was super easy. We would stay there again. Price - performance is great:)

Fantastic accommodation and exceptionally friendly and helpful staff.

✓ Fantastic new apartments in a great location being around 100 metres from the roman bridge and a 5 minute walk into the old town. Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The apartments had everything we would expect and required and the nice air con was always welcome ;-). Deposit required on arrival was refunded extremely quickly on our departure.

✗ Nothing really, check in required us to drive into the old town to register at the hotel and pay deposit. Maybe if we could have done this online beforehand it would have avoided the need (if driving) to travel into the restricted and very busy old town.

Exceptional

✓ Very clean, quite app, well equiped, exeptional location and view over Roman bridge. Everything is new, looks exactly like on pictures. Has a garage, washing/drying facilities are shared, located in garage. Building itself is very interesting triangle shape.

✓ I liked the modern minimalism of the room, simple yet of good quality. Quiet neighbourhood and surprisingly easy to find parking space considering the proximity to the town center. Bars and cafes just round the corner.

✗ The light switches were a bit confusing with one special though undistiguishable, switching off all the rest, so go figure.

Could be perfect but...

✓ Very new building, at 5mn from the historic center. Spacious appartment, comfortable.

✗ The appartment 3 is on the ground floor, just near the fountain of the lobby. This is awful because you can hear all night long the fountain of the lobby running. In the appartment, the fire alarm flashes every 10 seconds just on top of the bed. Total non sense. Because of these 2 elements, you cannot sleep well. The entrance of the parking is tight. I could not enter it. So not worth renting the parking. Better to park around. The deposit process is not safe. You have to leave your credit card number to get the refund. Weird. Because of that I cannot rate 10. Otherwise I would have rated 10 because the flat and location is great !

very disappointing experience

✓ proximity to old center

✗ hated, hated the garage and the lack of clear instructions on how to get there. it took us 30 minutes and calls to the central hotel to find the garage. the written instructions are pathetic and it took 3 of us to get our compact rental car into the garage. The entry street is extremely narrow and so is the garage door entry. DO NOT BOOK their parking unless you have a VERY small car, and are ready to back down the curved entry to the basement parking garage. My husband is German and used to navigating small streets and a places but the garage is impossible. I would not recommend staying at this place unless you arrive by train or bus! The front door entry was not working so the only entry point was via the garage. Just a sign saying it was out of order- no prior warning. For an apt hotel this expensive we would have expected at least a few coffee pads for the Tassimo coffee machine- something all other hotels/ apt hotels we have stayed in have provided. we arrived after stores had closed, and when we asked the Eurostars hotel when signing the apt agreement(another annoying step in the checking process as it is a 10 min walk away) , the receptionist couldn’t provide any- just shrugged and said the local stores would be closed. At one point some of the lights went off, and despite flipping the switches, we were without power for some time. we called the main number and someone did come over but by then we had flipped more switches and got it back on - never clear what the problem was. While the location per se is so central, we were very disappointed with the place- while new, it clearly has some logistical problems and we would not recommend.
