Beautiful villa in an amazing location!
✓ Amazing location, our villa over looked the lagoon and was very comfortable. Free Kayaks were a great bonus! Only a short drive to Bacalar centre. Would highly recommend staying here and hope to come back again soon!
✗ A hairdryer would be a good addition to the villa but other than that nothing!

✓ Location right at water's edge
✗ Although pre confirmed, room was not ready at arrival, then had to drive 30 minutes back to town to have late lunch as the kitchen was closed (cook quit); then couldn't have dinner as then they closed at 8:00 PM. High resort prices for rustic facilities in a rinky dinky operation. I wasn't planning on writing a bad review until the so-called manager lied to my face that he could get a boat ride for us as a service, then doubled the price of a boat trip so he could get 20% commission. Do not allow them to book anything, call or go into town. Plan on driving 20 minutes on highway and 10 through the jungle to get there.

It is a complex of 8 separate villas, we have a restaurant next to Laguna, pool and 3 docks
