Hello, Thanks for your inquiry. The property has a community center that has access to a pool and gym. The beach is within steps of the property. Restaurants are onsite, however, jolly harbour is a huge compound and you can rent a golf cart.
Is this area flat? Is military folks welcome, and if yes, are wheelchairs welcome? For persons who can transfer and pivot, and willing to do one of two steps? We know that most of the country is hilly anyways. Thank you. Or the response will be: "SOLD OUT."😊😊😧🙌🙌

Good day, Great question. I previously had a property in Jolly Harbour. Many of my guest complained about noise etc., in the area of Jolly Harbour. I took that feedback and moved. Our property is located in Dickenson Bay across from Sandals.

Each villa in Jolly Harbour is individually owned. Yes this guest did complain about noise being done on the dock nearby, however, I do not own that house and the owners of their property have the right to conduct work on their property. The guest is upset because they requested a refund for each day the other property did construction which is an unfair request. This villa is one of the closest villas to the north beach. We sit right behind the beach houses (mansions) which are located directly on the beach. I tried my best to please this guest, however, the requests were impossible as I have no control over someone else property and the request for late check out impacted our next guest scheduled to arrive the same day.
