We had a great time relaxing and visiting with our family.

Very nice place to stay. We enjoyed our stay!

Everything was in good order. Only suggestion would be to check cleanliness of beverage maker between vacation visits.

Very good

Good location. Clean and plenty of room.

Didn't like the constant emails to sign the rental agreement. Didn't receive the door code until I called after arrival. There were no spices or cooking sprays for cooking.

Charlie Brown weekend, Potential but disappointing

This Condo is decorated very cute! It is a good location and we were able to walk to the beach easily. About a 5 minute leisurely walk. The TV is a great size in the living room and the other rooms also. There is plenty of silverware and cereal bowls. The beds are VERY comfortable. We had 8 women and we all slept well!! Again, The beds are Very comfortable!

So the down side. Most of our problems are easily fixable and would have made this review much more favorable. When we arrived the kitchen counters were not wiped down well. there was sand on the table and a left over cake in the freezer. The oven door did not shut all the way so when we preheated it smoke billowed out the sides and top of the door filling the room with smoke, because there was grease in the bottom of the uncleaned oven. We called and Vacasa came that evening to check it. Joseph was wonderful and apologized and told us a technician would come in the morning. He showed around 3-4, looked at the oven and told us that is the way ovens are, "they don't seal." Remember we are 8 women who have raised families. When I told him I didn't think smoke should come out of the sides of the door he actually said "well I am the professional". VERY condescending. He put a screwdriver against the hinges and bent them outward and made it shut a little more. We didn't use it again! The ice maker didn't work he looked at that and said it wasn't connected and couldn't fix that now. He did tighten the front door and made it stay shut. He left. The next day we needed to wash clothes and the washing machine would not come on. Again called Joseph he came quickly and checked it out. He tried plugging it into a different outlet, still didn't have power. He called who we presumed was the owner and had a conversation which admittedly we listened to part of and overheard it was not Vacasa's Technician who had been there. Joseph apologized for the problems, offered to take our laundry and have it cleaned and return it or reimburse us for any expense we had to get it done. We just asked for fresh towels and he delivered them quickly! We really needed some medium sized and larger sized bowls for serving, there was one and no cake spatulas. Vacasa made things right with us, and Joseph was fantastic.
