Nice place to stay, close to the road, but the rooms have good acoustic, so you can sleep. Close both to the town and the town. Friendly and cozy atmosphere.

The room was very clean, comfy bed, had very good sleep there. I was late for breakfast and I already thought I skipped it and it turned out the hosts were waiting for me to get up and gave me my breakfast around midday. Cafe is available with tasty and not so expensive food. 5 minute walk to the beach. Totally recommend!

The room was clean and close to the lake sewan. The breakfast was delicious and the location is easy to find.

The bed was a bit small for two people.

Staff were very friendly and nice. Good right by the lake 20 min walk to centre of town. parking inside and seemed to have security inside atnight that closed the gate.

We were there in May. Rooms were freezing! Central Heating was on but just wasn't hot enough, only 1 bar heater in room that just wasn't doing the trick. Tiled floor everywhere so cold. No a/c which would help with the heat. (but understandable that high up don't need a/c ! ) Beds were rock hard. Not enough blankets supplied in room for non summer period!

Calm place just a minute from the Sevan lake shore with kind hosts.

Just a minute from the Sevan lake, it will be a great place during the hot summer days as there are a lot of picnic places around. There is very big restaurant in the complex and reminded of an old times camp places. Each room was spacious with a coach, table and a TV.

We waited a lot for the dinner and it was cold in the restaurant. When the food was served it was very delicious and the hosts were kind. They have prepared a nice breakfast from the previous night as we were leaving early in the morning. There is no shop nearby so make sure you have everything you need before arriving.

Love the location near to the lake, if you love the coldness of the Sevan, this is one of the good places to stay. Room is huge and good for 2 people. Clean and friendly staff.

The room assigned to us was smells cigarettes. Not soundproof.
