Fantastic spot run by people who serve from their hearts

✓ The place is a family-run homestay. Luca is an exceptional host and his Manager Alex serves from the heart with a smile. If you want to experience true Italian family life, this is a place where you see 3 generations with the odd child playing with a tricycle in the yard, the vendors bringing in fresh groceries and every family member doing something to run this lovely place (made from the ash of the 300-year volcano nearby). We found the place by accident and are so pleased we stayed in Sorrento which is such a quaint little town. You do need a car to navigate to the property and it does have stairs in case you have any senior citizens in your group. We would definitely recommend it to friends and family and return again. We dined at the property twice and at both times the food and service were exceptional. Luca even sent us a complimentary bottle of wine on our last day there. It certainly ticked all the boxes and more for our family.

loved the views, the staff and the family vibe. Tours and access to the bus into Sorrento was easy.

✓ Staff were amazing, some did not have a lot of english, but we managed to communicate well and they were very helpful. The room was lovely and the hotel was quite and so we were able to relax and rest. the rooms and bathrooms were clean and had everything we needed.

✗ Access- the only access to the hotel was up a long hill (some part with steps) . At the end of this the bus was there for Sorrento and so access to Sorrento was quick, cheap and easy. But we were both women in our 50's and the access was a big problem.

Francesco is the best

✓ Francesco was extremely kind and helpful. Helped with our very heavy bags without being asked. Even came back for my two other friends after helping me with all the bags, all from his own initiative. Such a great work ethic!

Didn’t get what we paid for.

✓ Breakfast was ok. Location was inconvenient at times but not terrible.

✗ The pool was not included in accomodation cost and you had to wear a hat.

Would stay again tbh

✓ Breakfast was loads of sweet treats and bread cheese and ham! All was delicious! The pool is so stunning it wasn't that busy when I went which was great. Stuff were nice and helpful :). The location was great for me i think it is about a 25 to 30 min walk into town which I didn't mind at all, the views on the walk were insane so couldn't complain at all. There's a bus that stopped at the bottom of the hotel which also would take you straight into town so that was very convenient.

✗ I stayed in room 4 i think which was the room right at the end, the internet was very poor in the room, barely got any connection and i really needed it as i was working whilst i was there. But the internet did work as soon as i stepped outside the room and everywhere else in the hotel, worked by the pool etc in the patio too. My bed was hard tbh but i did sleep. There were a few dead bugs on the wall which i wish they cleaned.

If I ever return to Sorrento I would stay here again!
