The service/experience at Residenza Frattina was the worst of the 5 hotel stays throughout our trip
✓ Daily maid service was good and the room was clean.
✗ Air conditioner didn't work, refrigerator wasn't cold. Lack of instructions for anything. No one on site to talk to. Booked room for three people but constantly got cups, towels, toiletries, etc. for two. Lack of attention to detail, customer service or attempt at providing a positive lodging experience. Essentially the high price was only for the location which isn't enough justification.

✓ The location was perfect. Access to the property was great. The bed was comfortable. Varied pillows. Clean towels and toiletries.
✗ No amenities. The fridge wasn’t working. They couldn’t provide an iron “for safety reasons”

✓ It was at great location in the center, we could walk at any destination by feet. The room service was also great, room was always clean, cosy. The host was 24/7 available.

Pleasant and nice. But also not exactly cheap.
✓ The central location was amazing. In the centre of rome. It was easy to get in. The lobby was very nice. The rooms were a little small. Bathroom even cramped. But all things worked.
✗ Well.... of course the price is according to Rome-standards. So its a little on the more expensive side.
