Decent hotel for the money. I would use it again.
✓ My check in was a disaster as the young woman on reception put me in a standard room despite my booking a 1 bedroom. This meant I got no wi-fi as it was the wrong person for the login. i went down to try and sort it but she was useless even though I showed her it was the wrong name! Fortunately a very bright and engaging staff member Siphe saved the day by coming up and moving me to the correct room as he realised it was an error. Well done Siphe! The hotel is fine albeit a bit basic but for 1-2 night business trip perfectly adequate. Comfy bed and good shower. I would definitely recommend the extra cash for the 1 bed room versus studio as it is a nice sized room with a good kitchen. DSTV is crap with only a few channels....really poor to my mind as need not cost much to have more than 3-4 channels!

✓ The location is superb, the room is spacious and the breakfast is good.
✗ There were noises coming from the floor above during the night and early morning. There is no support for shampoo/shower gel in the shower and I suggest one big mirror in the room.

✓ For a business trip it was nice knowing you have such a comfortable place to return to, where you can relax and even catch up on a little work.

Great location, good breakfast, clean and neat rooms.
✓ Great. Loved it. Only thing that was not nice was the coffee. The coffee was terrible.
✗ I specifically asked for a twin bed room; when we checked in, we did not get this. Also, 1 room was on the 5th floor and another was on the 1st floor. Would have made sense to put the rooms together or close by on the same floor. I booked 2 rooms so not sure why they could not give us those inter-leading rooms
