A little haven away from the high energy of Salvador

✓ Excellent breakfast- wow! Rooms were soo comfortable and massive TVs with Netflix. Bathroom amazing. I know a lot of people wanted windows but we appreciated escaping from the mosquitoes. Good security and treated guests like royalty. Cleaned rooms regularly. We got a deal but can be more expensive other nights- it is a 4 star hotel at the end of the day.

✗ Pool shut on second day which was one of our favourite parts and they took sunbeds away. Not much service on roof top but messaged the reception via WhatsApp and they responded quickly.

✓ The staff is very friendly and are really trying their best to make you feel at home. The art and design is what stood out for me the most. It's design, the music and the vibe give that holiday feeling. The breakfast is really nice - it is a set menu what kind of is presenting like a High Tea.. very fancy if that is your kind of thing. The hotel it is walking on distance to the beach, however I think that there are nicer looking beaches. Their is also a nice rooftop bar where you can enjoy dinner.

✗ It's hard to communicate as staff members unfortunately do not speak English. However, with your phone and Google Translate you can do a lot. Unfortunately I didn't understand that there was maintenance in the kitchen and that a most items on their menu were not possible...I think they tried to communicate but I only found out that there was no more food coming after my first meal. Also the rooms are very small. However, if you don't stay in your room a lot it is doable.. I would definitely request the room with a window (my room was #9). Some rooms dont have a window which makes it feel even more small and quite humid.

Amazingly comfortable, great decoration and the best staff I’ve encountered in the last years in the hospitality industry! It truly felt like being home 🤍

✓ It's a lovely hotel in a very nice place of Salvador, next to the sea side. The bed has been very comfortable, the furniture was lovely designed and the breakfast was wonderful! We would recommend the hotel to anyone in any case and we will definitely come back!
