Amazing location, very friendly and helpful staff, clean room, comfortable bed. Highly recommended! In case you have a car, check with the staff and they will let you know where the parking is located.

This mini-hotel is very recent but you can see that they really make a lot of effort to make people comfortable and happy. The staff is really helpful. Rooms are practical, nicely decorated and very cosy, including single rooms. And you can them for less money than any Airbnb around. Plus, location is absolutely perfect : it's situated in the most beautiful street of Gyumri, and literally 10 meters away from 2 inevitable spots : Aslamazyan museum and Aregak Bakery & Cafe. I would definitly recommand this place and I wish them a good success.

The location is in the very center.

There is no WIFI (I agree, it mentioned during booking, but still, we need WIFI :) )
