A super comfortable stay at Casa de Amelia with wonderful hosts.

✓ Anita and her husband are wonderful hosts who went above and beyond the call of duty in looking after me, ensuring I had a great stay on beautiful San Cristobal.

Excellent! Worth for money. I will come back.

✓ super clean spacious and all updated. Modern kitchen and own refrigerator, too. Definitely recommended . I want to come back.

✗ a bit away from center, but only 2.50 for taxi and only a few min. Why not?

✓ I had an amazing stay at Casa De Amelia. The owner were marvelous hosts. Their kindness was beyond the call of duty. Everything was clean, the room is spacious, and it has an AC.

✓ Clean, quiete apartment with decent equipped kitchen. Good matresses and moscito net provided in front of window. Lovely Anita offered help and provided it. They have a lovely dog and treat it well. I was picked up from the harbour what was very lovely.

✗ Everything was fine. 10 mins walking distance uphill from centre in case it matters for you.

Nice accommodation with great hosts

✓ large, beautiful accommodation in a quiet location! :) very friendly hosts who helped us organize tours and even picked us up from the airport for free

✓ I loved this place and the people that rent it. They were absolutely lovely and helped me well above what was expected for them to do for a guest. The house is very nice there is ac, a nice kitchen, a good bathroom. They provide fresh water which is super convenient. They also rent bikes for a very competitive price, picked me up at the airport and gave me snorkels for free and help book tours or organize the trip if needed. Amazing!!!

✗ The house is a bit far from the center. At the end of the day Puerto Basquerizo is a very small town so the maximum you will ever have to walk is 30min if you're going to the farthest opposite part of the town. I actually really enjoyed the walking around though and the location could preferred by people that want a quite place. Sleeping right in town could mean a lot of cars/motorcycle noises around.

✓ we really loved it, it was one of the best stays in Galápagos! the family is super helpful and kind, and always asking if you need anything. the kitchen is big and we’ll equipped, the bathroom clean.
