You get what you pay for.

✓ The staff were very helpful.

✗ The bathroom shower was a curtain around a shower head and there was no place to put toiletries in the shower. The room was VERY dark. I had to turn on the tv to get light into the room. There is a mini-market across the street but not much else. A takeout pizza, a restaurant next door but couldn’t get a table and not centrally located enough to downtown.

Good stay!

✓ All good. Breakfast was nice. Staff were good and responsive. Great bus connectivity.

✗ More facilities like tray for soap/shampoo could be useful in the bath facility location!

Will stay again when in Blogna

✓ The room was as described and certainly large enough for one person. Breakfast was good and plentiful

✗ The shower cubicle was a little small for the larger type gentleman, but otherwise bathroom was fine

staff were sweet & very helpful. the room was nice and quite spacious would stay again

Affordable place but not great location.

✓ This was affordable compared to the crazy prices we were seeing in locations closer to the city centre. Room was spacious and they were accommodating with a free cot for our baby. Lift was great especially when with a baby and lots of bags.

✗ The location is really not great. Bus wasn’t coming often so we ended up having to take taxis each time to go into the city centre (approx €15 each way). The bed was extremely uncomfortable and almost slanted. The room was clearly old and needed some love and TLC, and a bit of fixing here and there. It was also smelled so strongly and unpleasantly of air freshener / febreeze as we arrived. Breakfast was acceptable but only til 9.30 which is still quite early when you are on holidays.

✓ Nice hotel, clean with nice staff. Room was confortable, ALL rssential for a short stay was there.

✗ It is in the periphery of the city, if you are visiting for tourism not very comfortable

Great value for the price

✓ Spacious room, good bathroom with nice water pressure. Delicious sweet foods for breakfast Very friendly and helpful staff, both for reception and cleaning

✗ Limited savoury options for breakfast if you have any dietary restrictions (halal food in my case) Weak signal for the free Wi-Fi in my room, so the connection speed was very inconsistent

Facilites can be improved but staff is very helpful and amazing.

✓ Very helpful, caring and amazing staffs. They go all out to make sure you have a great stay. Like asking if I was cold, and offered to bring me blankets, heater. I went to the breakfast area before breakfast was ready. They gave me warm eggs to have it beforehand in case i was really hungry.

✗ The facility is really old and outdated, the light is very dim and it was hard to see. The bed is not the most comfortable and the duvet was really thin. I spent the first night freezing and had to wear my coat to sleep.
