✓ Loved the room Beds comfortable wifi good. Breakfast amazing options and a lovely display as you walk into the breakfast room. Located about 15 minutes walk from the bus station and central town around 20-25 mins

✗ Needs some ventilation in the bathroom - very moist all the time. Towels did not dry. And some hooks just outside the rooms for hanging wet raincoats would be fabulous

✓ The breakfast was great, the bed was really comfy.

✗ Not quite a warm welcome for a guest house. The internet didn't work in my room so I had to stay close to the door to use it, which was very uncomfortable. The curtains don't block the light so I was up already at 6. There's no-one around if you need anything as the owners live in Yerevan.
