Funtastic hotel in great location

✓ Comfortable room, great location

The location was nice.

✓ The bathroom was spacious compared to many other hotels in Japan.

✗ The bathroom glass door was not clean.

Above average stay, would recommend.

A business hotel that works equally well for tourists

✓ Great location, modern hotel with small but perfectly formed rooms.

✗ Restaurant where breakfast is served is tiny so you often have to wait. Bizarrely it’s next to a huge empty space on the 15th floor.

✓ really new hotel, great observation deck for perfect views of Sakurajima and generally high quality feel (bathroom etc.) Good location with loads of restaurants and shopping

✗ Insufficient sound proofing!! For such a new hotel it is beyond me how the doors and rooms are so poorly soundproofed. If someone walks on the corridor it's like they are passing though your room at night/in the morning. The TV from next door can also be heard, and if people have a conversation outside on the corridor or are rummaging around a plastic bag it's like they are standing next to you. Got woken up both nights and mornings (not a light sleeper usually).
