The place was good. The sunsets on the roof were excellent. I liked the pool and sauna.

✓ The breakfast and the location were fine.

✗ I notified Booking.com on February 15th that I had an emergency and had to cut my visit short by two days and asked if I could get a refund. I never heard back. I told Michael when I arrived and he said he notified booking.com, but I have still not heard anything back about getting a refund for the two days. I advised that I was leaving on February 22 so the place was available for rental for the 23rd and 24th. As the reason I had to leave was an emergency back in Toronto., I would ask again for the refund for two days. Thank you.

All in all, great value and a very satisfying home stay.

✓ Mike’s property is centrally located, only 30 minutes walk from the center. The residence is amazing and has great facilities, the views from the rooftop are beautiful. The room is small but cozy. What’s important it has a desktop and a chair to work at. Mike is a great host and I felt very comfortable sharing the place with him. Every morning there was a delicious coffee and breakfast. Definitely would be back.

✗ The area is a bit dodgy at night and there isn’t much around within immediate vicinity.
