Good value for the price, considering the fact the area is quite expensive

✓ The property has a small cafe with soft drinks, good pool area. The reception looks very good and staff is very welcoming. There is a nice restaurant 5 min walk from the place - Beit Sweimeh.

✗ There was no proper bed sheets, more like blankets, some people might find it less hygenic. They looked and smelled clean though.

✓ we stayed only one night so it is hard to say but I imagine that the patio with a nice and big swimming pool could be an excellent place to relax on the hot day.

✗ It was horrible everything was super dirty even the bedsheets, we asked clean ones but we didnt get just again dirty ones, we couldnt sleep in the bed as it was smelling horrible and dirty. Unfortunatrly we arrived after midnight and we count find an other hotel to stay there for the night.

Dirty and lacking maintenance

✓ Receptionist was friendly even though he couldn't speak any English, we made do with Google translate.

✗ This was the most deceptive advertising ever. The apartment was extremely unclean, the pool was green and filled with plastic bottles, the indoor pool/spa was apparently under maintenance, the furniture was all worn and chipped, there were marks on the walls as well as holes. I had to park my car in a empty gravel lot next to the hotel, unlike the valet parking advertised by them. There was no restaurant of breakfast availability. There had apparently been no wifi for 3 days and had to get the receptionist to hot spot his phone to look for alternate accommodation. I had made the booking the night before as I wasn't sure of my itinerary and needed a place to sleep for the night. The reviews and pictures on booking.com suggested it to be reasonably decent. After a night at the Dead Sea Hilton, this was s shock to the system. Contacting the owner to cancel the booking was fruitless. He arranged for the receptionist to "clean' the bathroom but that didn't improve things much. Although I had literally just paid the receptionist cash, he informed me as the booking was done through booking.com, they would be charged a booking fee, so it wasn't possible to cancel. He was quite happy to tell me to take my bags and leave with no refund.
