This completely restored 3-star hotel is located 400 metres from Dante Metro Stop, in the residential area near the river Po in Turin. From the hotel you can easily reach the city centre and most important tourist attractions.

✓ The Hotel is well located, close to a metro station, only three stops from the central station, so if you’re travelling to discover the city, Giotto is a really good budget option.
✗ Nothing to say.
✓ I have to admit, the room was really clean. Even when I placed the note "Do not disturb", it didn't stop the cleaner... In general, the staff was quite friendly. The overall feeling was like the hotel is almost bankrupt, and the staff is just trying to make the stay there as good as possible regardless of all the problems that the place has. So, respect to the staff and shame on the owner.
✗ Where to start... Breakfast: although the coffee was great, that's the only good thing about the breakfast. The choice of the sweet stuff was rich, there was a wide variety of sweet bakery. But if you want something more substantial, the choice was quite poor. There were some boiled eggs only at the first two days of my stay, then they disappeared. Yes, technically you can make a sandwich with some ham, cheese and american bread, but that's it. So, not the best variety. I would not complain if they had a dished breakfast instead of buffet but with something more substantial. Room: well... from the first glance, the room looked fancy, and it was so maybe 20-30 years ago. I had a feeling that once the hotel was built, there was no renovation or at least the maintenance of the rooms. There were a lot of problems starting from falling apart furniture and finishing with the broken shower mixer so that I could not regulate the temperature. I should have avoided touching really anything to prevent it from falling apart. Even the bed was shaking as hell if I just seated on it. Maybe it was my bad luck to have the worst room in the hotel, yet there are some "signs" in the foyer. The rate of 6/10 is just because the room was almost twice cheaper than the average for that period in Turin, but anyway I would prefer to stop in a way less pretentious but at least well maintenained place.
✓ The staff was nice and the breakfast good
✗ Rooms are a bit noisy
✓ Friendly staff, comfortable beds and pleasant shower
✓ Excellent coffee servis during breakfast, nice and always clean room
✗ The receptionist (sir) was quite moody, not very friendly, however the lady was always very helpful and nice to us
✓ Good
✓ Staff is really super kind. Breakfast is ok and position is ok. Very good price for the quality
✗ the structure needs to be renewed massively. It was always too hot and it was difficult to turn off the heating. The building hasn't been renovated since the 60s. Everything looks super old and used
✗ Hardly no hot water in the shower
You can ask at the reception and we show you where you can iron, not in the room
We are sorry but you can't. Best regards
