A breathtaking view and comfy bed which makes it hard to leave !
✓ I was at my surprise upgaded to a room with balcony. When I booked the room I actually wished I could book it but I did not have the funds so I was absolutely amazed when I heard the good news ! And the view from the balcony was breathtaking. I wished I could have enjoyed it more than one day. The place looked clean and spacious. Tina is an extremely friendly host !
✗ I was a bit confused about the check-in process. The key was left at the entrance without surveillance. I know people in Austria have a lot of trust in their guests but I thought this was a bit unsafe to do so. I was also not sure how to pay at arrival since nobody was physically there at the entrance when I arrived. But Tina was there and I just had to call her so that she can come down ! So nothing bad in the end. To my opinion, a bit of clarity on how to arrange the payment upon arrival would be helpful so that people are not too confused at arrival :)

✗ Microwave oven in the room would be a big + At the room wi-fi didn't work most of the time

✗ Out-of-date information on motorcycle repair shops in the area. No kettle.
