    A memorable night with the warmest Armenian welcome!

    Our stay in Areni was great, all thanks to the incredible Gohar and Manuk at LiViTi - the reviews are true. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with open arms, immediately making us feel at home. The rooms were spotless and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The real gem of our stay, however, was undoubtedly the heartfelt hospitality we experienced. We were invited to a homemade dinner, where we ate kebabs grilled by the husband in the garden, refreshing salads, and of course, their own wine and apricot spirit - all of which were so tasty. Dinner was more than a meal; it was a cultural exchange. We were given a glimpse into their daily life, and their daughter shared a wealth of information about the local sights, which we afterwards went to see - for example wine tasting at their relatives, Noravank monastery or Areni-1 cave, all of which were only a few minutes drive away. We highly recommend LiViTi to anyone seeking an authentic Armenian experience. We will definitely visit again should we come to Armenia.

    Manuc and Gohar and their 3 daughters are all involved in the running of this delightful family guest house. They were more than helpful with providing a brief history of the local area and Armenia, and also advice on places to visit. Gohar, with help from her daughters, prepared lovely Armenian dinners (optional) and substantial breakfasts. I was fortunate to be able to sample Manuc's homemade vodka and red wine. If you are visiting the Areni area, I would highly recommend that you experience this wonderful guest house. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

    From I arrived to I left I felt almost at home, so cozy, relaxed and pure "hygge" Gohar, her husband (who makes good vodka) and three daughters were super friendly and really nice people The home cooked dinner and home made wine were so good, and when one of the daughters played guitar and song traditional Amerian songs I were sold I will be proud if my picture will be on the wall 😎

    Lovely, peaceful stay in the beautiful countryside of Armenia

    This is a very warm and welcoming family! From the moment we arrived until we left, it was a pure joy to be there. When we arrived, they served us a delicious snack with homegrown fruit, tea, and homemade wine, which was very enjoyable to drink. One of their daughters also played and sang some traditional Armenian songs for us. In the morning, we were given an ample and tasty breakfast with freshly home-baked bread and khatchapuri.

    I can't say that there was anything negative about this place. It can be a little difficult to find using only Google maps, but the host came out to guide us from the main street. It looks more rustic than it felt while being there.

    It's a hotel like experience, very good. Owners work hard to satisfy every possible whim of their customers. if customer wants wine tasting-they provide a free one, he/she wants dinner-here you go (for a very small price of what it includes), taxi-is also there at your services. highly recommended!

    Extremely nice, welcoming host. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was nice too. Bathroom is a small but very clean, modern one. Absolutely enjoyed my stay here.

    I loved the room with a private bathroom, a rare occurrence in Armenia for people on a budget. the room was perfectly set up and clean, and the shower was spacious and modern, which made sure to not make a mess in the bathroom. but the best part of LiViTi are the people! the family is wonderful, and they make sure you are comfortable and welcome. I loved getting to know the family and a part of Armenia through them

    If you are looking for somewhere to stay in Areni or even if you are just passing through and need somewhere to stop then look no further than LiViTi Guesthouse. All of the basics are covered i.e clean room, comfortable bed, clean functional bathroom. There's a desk, chair kettle. However on top of that you will receive an unparalleled experience with regards to hospitality. Just such a lovely family and not often I can say this but I would recommend to absolutely anyone to stay here! Thanks so much for the stay and hopefully I can return!! James
