Awful and very distressing in my circumstances
✓ The staff were helpful as I was on my own for the first time in a foreign country, visiting my husband in hospital in Brescia. They helped me with buses, plate, paper to write could not fault the staff. Opening blinds, sorting tv
✗ Breakfast doubled in price from €5.00 to €10.00. Plug in sink didn’t fit and therefore unable to fill sink. Chew marks on the furniture. The shower leaked. The bed had spring which felt stuck in your back. The air conditioning was hit and miss.the tv was faulty as had to turn on and off about 20 times for it to work. The electrical sockets were dangerous and sparks came off. This hotel has definitely not been refurbished and not 1.6km to the centre. The area was not suitable for a female alone

✓ the room was relatively large and well equipped. there is a large parking lot. breakfast was good and it also included savory items
✗ the smell of someone smoking somewhere came through the vents I suppose. when I woke up in the morning there were a lot of ants in one part of the room as well as on the bed. I had nothing edible in the room though.
