✓ Nice facilities, very friendly staff

✗ Everything was fine except that they took from me more money than I had on my booking reservation. First, I was about to come with my wife, but then our plans changed and I went alone, so I made a new reservation for a single room, which was much cheaper than a double. But somehow at the checkout I was still charged double, altough at the beginning of my stay the lady receptionist confirmed, that she will switch my tariff to single.

Fantastic hotel with friendly and helpful staff - but dont get the breakfast

✓ The staff and location were great. Very friendly and clean

✗ The breakfast is not very good I dont advise paying the additional payment for this. We would have loved to have a tea and coffee station in our hotel room but unfortunately this was not provided.

Beautiful view, pricey food, but great staff

✓ The staff at the front were incredible. Some bar staff were hit or miss.

✗ Too many mosquitos. They should put citronella candles around the property to reduce this.

Location, parking, staff. Easy to get a water taxi to the Islands for a Tour or evening meal.

✓ Right by the Lake and 5 mins walk to the piazza in Stresa. As we were touring Italy, parking is essential and it secure under the Hotel.

✗ The parking....it was great to have it, but it came at a price. 4x more expensive than parking at a Hotel on the coast at Salerno.

Great hotel, but they need a new dinner cook for the dining room.

✓ Very good value hotel. Very well managed and organized. Facilities are great with an indoor lap pool and an outdoor pool. The team was kind and helpful

✗ Dinner was shockingly bad. I mean really bad. Breakfast was fine. Eat dinner elsewhere.
