We loved that the front desk host was very helpful and worked with us to get our bank issues squared away. She was kind
✓ I like how the soccer channels were available, as a big soccer fan I appreciated the sports channel. the the room was well organized and contained all the kitchen accessories we used.
✗ One thing that we did notice is that there were dirty glass cups in the cubby. And one of the tea bags was empty. Other than that everything was great.
