Luxury at its Finest, But Mind the Parking

✓ From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we felt an air of elegance and attention to detail—all this for a reasonable rate of 85 euros per night. The room at this hotel is a harmonious blend of comfort and luxury, reminiscent of some globally renowned establishments. One of the highlights was the in-room jacuzzi, offering a perfect retreat after a long day. Among the 4* hotels I’ve ventured into, this one certainly ranks at the top, even outshining many 5-star hotels I’ve experienced. The staff, with their infectious smiles and willingness to assist, make your stay feel genuinely special. Its prime location on the iconic main avenue of Andorra la Vella makes sightseeing a breeze. And if you’re worried about city noise, fear not! Their noise insulation ensures your sleep remains uninterrupted, even with the city’s hustle and bustle just outside.

✗ However, no review would be complete without pointing out areas of improvement. The most glaring of these is the parking fee. At a whopping 30 euros per night (the room costs 85 euros), it feels like a damper, especially when everything else about the hotel screams perfection. I do hope the management revisits this policy to provide an all-rounded stellar experience for its guests.

✓ Huge room, wonderful corner bath, the biggest bed I’ve ever slept in! Wonderful location in the middle of the shopping street.

✓ Very very large bedroom, one of the most spacious I have ever slept in Europe. I enjoyed the jacuzzi+walk-in shower bathroom. Nice desk to work from your hotel room. Good breakfast, especially salty part. Centric position, convenient for shopping. I profited the 10% discount card offered by the hotel at a particular shopping centre. Helpful staff. Great restaurant, I loved their bread, next time I will dare to ask for a full basket of bread at any price.

✗ At check in they give you a 10% discount for the restaurant, which is great, but it is for one time only. Room cleaning was not very punctual, one day it was at 9 am, next day at 2 pm. Parking could be a problem: 1. you cannot book in advance 2. there is a car lift which is pretty narrow, but that depends on your car, of course 3. parkings nearby are expensive 4. well, also hotel parking is expensive. Anyway car lift assistant was helpful. TV without Italian channels. On the whole information for guests was lacking, in my opinion. Timetables, things to do in Andorra, parking, how to use the jacuzzi, how to set off the lights (5 strange keys without icons on).

✓ Location is exceptional, you’re close to the coolest street for shopping, good restaurants and also close to bus and taxi stops in case you wanna go to the Mountains! Rooms, breakfast and service are also great! Highly recommended
