✓ Subject: Extremely Disappointing Stay - Strongly Not Recommended I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at your hotel, and I must say it was the worst experience I've ever had. I booked five rooms for a two-day stay, and from the moment we arrived, it was clear that this was going to be a challenging stay. First and foremost, the staff's lack of cooperation was evident from the beginning. The most frustrating issue was the daily closure of the lift in the evenings until 10 am the next morning. This was incredibly inconvenient and made our stay highly uncomfortable, especially for elderly guests who had to climb four flights of stairs. Furthermore, the manager's behavior was appalling. Their rudeness and dismissive attitude towards our concerns only exacerbated the situation. It took multiple reminders, around 10 to 12, just to receive something as basic as tea bags. This level of negligence and inefficiency is unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one that claims to provide quality service. To make matters worse, your hotel made a commitment to prepare a Jain breakfast for one of our guests, but when the time came for breakfast, they were refused this service. This not only reflects a complete lack of professionalism but also caused great inconvenience and distress, especially to the elderly guest who had specific dietary needs. In conclusion, our stay at your hotel was a nightmare, and I would strongly advise against anyone choosing to stay here. The combination of uncooperative staff, a lack of commitment to promises, and the closure of the lift created an unbearable experience for us. It is crucial that you address these issues promptly and seriously if you wish to maintain any level of reputation in the hospitality industry.
