All as expected.
✓ Our stay was flawless. Everything worked very well, the room was clean and comfortable. The spa is fantastic - one of the sights to see in Warsaw. Breakfast staff were very attentive, and there is a harpist playing most days. Breakfast wasn't included in our rate - but there was a discount if you booked it the night before.
✗ The spa can become a little too busy, and they don't give out slippers so everyone is walking around in wet hotel slippers, they might want to think about that. Also for the sauna giving out cotton cloths instead of towels might be better.

✓ The staff was amazing! I lost my jacket and slippers and they were kind enough to keep it for me safe and return it to me as soon as possible. Thankyou, it means a lot

Great location, clean and relaxed rooms, basic breakfast but the lounge/bar were great.
✓ It is a great place, good location and in a reasonably relaxed atmosphere.
✗ Breakfast was a little limited, both in terms of seating and what was offered considering the high standard of the rest of the hotel
