✓ The owner is the absolute best about this property. Super helpful with anything. The hotel is family business so it feels more like home than a hotel,its well located close to bus station and to the promenade.
✗ It is directly next to a bar with live music. It can be bit loud till night during weekend.
✓ The hotel was lovely, clean and well located, with the restaurants and main street just 2 blocks away. Pedro, the owner, was very hospitable and kind. He was ready to assist with any recommendations & arrangements needed and helped me with my big luggage like a real gentleman. I would recommend this hotel and will book it again once I come back to Punta Arenas.

✓ Comfy typical Chilean hotel. Excellent location, and the folks who run it are very friendly and helpful, even at odd hours. Good place to spend a couple of days. Bring cash to pay with (CLP / USD / EUR).

✗ For what was provided, bed and bathroom with no breakfast included… this hotel is not worth the price paid. There are several other hotels at the same price that offer breakfast, pool and other amenities for the same or slightly more expensive price. There was a party scheduled at the hotel the next day, and the band scheduled to play practiced into the night and you could hear everything. The management asked me if it was okay and it’s not like I was in the position to say no. They did not offer to reduce the price of the room.
