I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Najaryans Family House in Yerevan! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm and friendly welcome. The family ensured my safety and comfort throughout my entire stay, making me feel right at home. The room was immaculately clean, and the peaceful ambiance allowed for a restful night's sleep. The added bonus of having an air conditioner in the room was a lifesaver during the summer heat. Moreover, the kitchen facilities were top-notch. I highly recommend Najaryans Family House to anyone visiting Yerevan for an exceptional and memorable experience. 15 min drive from the airport!

It’s absolutely perfect place for stay in Armenia, very close to Yerevan and the Airport in historical religious center of the country. When you open the door of this Family house you feel yourself as a family member, so kind and supportive the host family are. There are comfortable rooms with self-made contemporary furniture and high quality mattresses, modern full-equipped kitchen, spacious balcony with perfect view. Breakfast… probably I’ve never ate so much in the morning because it’s absolutely amazing. WiFi is strong and fast, more than enough for videoconferencing. Moreover it’s environmental friendly house with solar panels and water heaters, that’s still unusual in Armenia.

This is a newly-opened bed and breakfast stay. The rooms are super clean with crisp white bedding and towels. Shared kitchen, washing machine, iron, tea, coffee, water cooler are available for all guests. The owners are very warm and hospitable family. Easy 20-mins travel to Yerevan, 15-mins to the airport by taxi. The town of Vagharshapat (Echmiatsin) has its own must-see UNESCO sites, and it's also conveniently located for traveling to other top attractions or Armenia.
