The real location of the house is here: 40°44'52.3"N 44°52'58.6"E - The host is wonderful - The house is new and everything ia clean - Comfortable bed and good night sleep

Good views

The property is advertised as a whole. This is not true. The host slept in a bed directly outside of our room and shortly after she asked us to pay for the night, several other people arrived, some of whom also stayed in the place. The owner came to us with random requests several times but spoke no English and didn't use google translator, so it was impossible to understand. The bathroom was not clean at all. The owner is a nice lady, but it's a rip-off.
