Lovely inexpensive guesthouse situated in the centre of the city! The family are very welcoming and happy to help with anything. The house and rooms are spotless.

It might be useful to have a small mirror in the single room but nothing other than that :)

Inexpensive. Family-style. Much room in lobbies.

Almost no view (of the city) from my room; partially offset by views from the two balconies, but those aren’t scenic anyway. Only one (as far as I remember) toilet accessible for guests.

This place is amazing! Everyone really tried to welcome and help me. The house is very clean and quiet. Also price is very reasonable. I was so sad to leave this place. I will definitely come back here when I come to this city again. Highly recommended!

We had the most amazing stay here. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. They helped us with everything. The daughter of the owner even took us on a walk through Gyurmi and explained the history of the city. We felt welcome. I recommend this guest house and I'd return.

It was a pleasure to stay at this lovely family house! Very friendly and caring owners, warm homy environment! Exceptionally clean. They have a nice cozy common area with a balcony upstairs, and my room was spacious and comfortable. Even though there was no air-conditioning (which is more or less fine, the house is well ventilated), they thoughtfully provided me with a fan ♥️ Would definitely recommend it!

The lady who runs this small BnB is a wonderul person, just the sort of person any traveller enjoys meeting. She is outgoing, helpful, sincere and humble - traits that are rare in the larger pantheon of the "professional tourism world".

The colony of dogs which live around the outside of places in Gyumri are a pest and personally I got attached by a group of dogs on an early morning walk. These animals look to be ill, underfed, potentially vicious and downright anti-social.

The owner is a nice old lacy, speaking french. Doctor's House is easy to find if you follow her instructions.

Yveta speaks (better) French and English; of course Armenian and Russian. She helped me with the Yandex Taxi - telling the driver the location. Everything is clean and tidy.
