A nice apartment, but ultimately disappointing.
✓ The apartment was comfortable and very convenient.
✗ Some of the appliances were so state of the art that we couldn't use them! We couldn't turn on the stove, even after the host videoed directions (and we are 2 Ph.D.s). More importantly, after one night (out of a week's reservation) we had a medical emergency and had to change plans to leave the next day. A refund on any of the remaining 6 days' money? Not a chance!! I'm sure they made the apartment available and got double their money from our misfortune.
