VILLA LUGANA

A nice, spacious, exceptionally well equipped house. Watch out - not 3 but 2 bathrooms and a toilet.

✓ It is a very nice house for a larger group of people. It is exceptionally well equipped with everything you might need - starting from kitchen equipment, through a very nice barbecue to a washing machine and a dryer. The bedrooms are comfortable with plenty of storage space. The outdoor sitting area is very nice and spacious enough for 6-8 people. Even though the house is not advertised to have a pool, there is a large shared pool adjacent to the house and really feels like private (at least during our stay).

✗ Contacting the agency managing the house was rather difficult. On many occasions they would not pick up the phone and on arrival we had to wait good 30 minutes before anyone showed up with the keys. However once the contact was made, the staff was very nice, helpful and informative. Be careful about the house description - it does not have 3 bathrooms. We were a group of three couples and really wanted a house with three independent bathrooms. This house has only two - one is in the cellar together with one double bedroom and the other one on the first floor (where you also have two double bedrooms). On the ground floor there is only a guest toilet with no shower or bathtub. Calling it 3 bathrooms is rather misleading.
