Overall, I would definitely stay there again.

✓ It was economical and in a great location to the leather Zone. I would compare it to a Motel 6, two beds and a bathroom.

✗ In in their advertisement they say they have a shuttle to the airport, which they do not. Also the option to have breakfast, which they do not offer any food. Needs to be updated.

Located near Centro de Autobuses and Zapato district.

✓ Breakfast was not included.

✗ There was no coffee in the room or even in the lobby. Had to go walking for about 3 blocks looking for a cup of coffee early in the morning. I'm an early bird, like my coffee before heading out. Had to get out there in the loud busy street before I wanted to. I did not like that.

✓ Excellent location, Plaza del Calzado nearby, shield & bags market few blocks away. Bus station few meters away from the property. The price is ok for the room

✗ It'll be good if they had blankets on the room during winter.

Good location, but disappointing

✓ The hotel is attractive and conveniently located near the bus station. It also has CNN as one of the cable channel options. They thoughtfully have water available in the lobby to refill your water bottles.

✗ The large atrium is attractive but very impractical. You can hear everybody else in the hotel. Luckily, parachute rooms for occupied when I was there but the few residents were talking loudly, yelling, whistling, slamming doors etc - I can only imagine what it would be like at full capacity! Also the open atrium makes for very cold nights in the winter and there's no source of heat in the room. Also no extra blankets for the bed just two sheets! I was freezing - had to put on my fleece and long underwear since I was coming down with a cold anyway. I also ran out of toilet paper. Every other hotel I've stayed at had a role in reserve.

2 nights in Leon Guanajuato

✓ I thought it was in a good location, it was clean and modern. I was glad I got a street level room

✗ The description said the room had a safe but it didn't, so I was concerned about my valuables/ money&passport. There was no hot water my first evening and I had to shower with almost lukewarm water. On top of that the hotel provided only one towel. The tile floor was very slippery after a shower. I had to find and buy a small towel to avoid slipping, I'm 72 yo. Even less expensive hotels have shower mats.
