Very good
✓ Staff is very attentive and beds are very comfortable. Location is excellent. I am a very light sleeper so I asked where I could find a farmacy to buy earplugs and they gave me 3 pairs of very good quality ones.

An easy place to stay
✓ Staff were extremely helpful, particularly as we had to get our bags up some stairs to the lift. Conveniently located near the metro which worked well for us as we took a couple of day trips from Madrid although it can be noisy at night with lots of sirens and because it is near lights you also get the noise from motorcycles - which you get accustomed to after a few nights
✗ The only problem is if the lift goes out

✓ The hotel is in the city center of Madrid. The room and bath room are perfect. Patricia is very helpfull, thank you.

✓ Location was perfect. Small boutique hotel with helpful and attentive staff. The rooms were small but well equipped and comfortable. There was bit of noise at night from the casino right in front of our window but not terrible.
✗ Rooms are a bit small for more than one person and with luggage.

The hotel key is required for access to the hotel. We have an elevator to access the rooms but we have access by stairs as well.

No contamos con parking en el hotel. Tenemos un acuerdo y en el que aplican un descuento a nuestros huéspedes. El nombre del parking es "Escuelas de San Antón" y se encuentra en la Calle Farmacia, 13. La tarifa diaria es de 18€ aproximadamente.
