✓ - The staff was friendly, helpful and always available at the lobby
✗ - Pretty far from the city centre, no direct public transportation available - The room had a small kitchen area in which there were no cups for tea or a kettle. I believe this is a basic thing that has to be in the room if you have a kitchen area
