✓ The room was very clean.
✗ Neighboring noise was a lot and walls were not well enough isolated to stop. Forks and spoons were good but glasses were poor quality and few. Bed was good but bed base was poor, bed was falling down in at corners.

I liked the location and the convenience of a ground floor flat.
✓ The flat has all the basic amenities. The kitchen had an old rusty pot. They promptly replaced it with a new one when I drew attention to it.
