✓ Very friendly and helpful staff. No matter what, they will try to accommodate you.

✗ It's not like I didn't like it at all, but the price for the breakfast that they offer, I think, is a little bit high. I've stayed in other five-star hotels, and they offer a greater variety of food for the same price. Nevertheless, the food is good with a great few over the city.

✓ I recently had the pleasure of staying at Somerset Pattaya, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The room was not only comfortable but also spacious, giving me ample room to relax and unwind. The staff deserves a special mention for their warm and friendly demeanor. They were always ready to help and made sure my stay was seamless. Moreover, I appreciated the ample parking space available, ensuring I never had to worry about finding a spot for my vehicle. If I were to make a suggestion for improvement, it would be the addition of a Sky bar. It would be the perfect place to enjoy the evening skyline. Overall, a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend Somerset Pattaya to others. Keep up the good work!
